Celery is good for its purifying qualities, radish is a friend of the liver and Orane for Vitamin C. What could be better? Well a little fresh and tangy to a good start! Taste Again, a very good year to all :-)
Celery and Radish Salad with Orange (for 2 people)
Ingredients:
1 radish
1 celery
1 Orange
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Wash the celery and cut into small pieces. Peel the radish and do the same (it is also very good if grated). Mix in a small bowl.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper and then add the olive oil and the juice of the Orange. Pour over the celery and radish. Mix and serve.
