| Avocado salad with strawberries |
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Ground black pepper 5g
- Salt5g Fresh avocado 200g
- Fresh strawberries 100g
- Fresh sweet red pepper 100g
- Lettuce leaves 100g
- Fresh lemon juice 50g
PREPARATION
- Remove seeds and the stalk from Peppers, cut into cubes
- Cut Lettuce into strips.
- Clean Avocado, cut into half, remove seeds, cut into slices half.
- Cut Strawberries into 4 pieces
- Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper
- Put Avocados, strawberries and sweet pepper into bowl, mix with lemon juce again, Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Lay on a dish lettuce, then the prepared mixture and serve immediately.
