How to use it?

- In aromatherapy : To calm intestinal spasm, take 2 drops of essential oil (HE) on a neutral tablet. 2 to 3 times a day.

In case of bronchitic cough , sweeten herbal teas with 2 drops of star anise, diluted in a teaspoon of honey. Several times a day.

Precautions for use
Always make sure to use badian from China and not from Japan (used in Buddhist temples and with toxic compounds), the import of which is totally forbidden in Europe.

The intake of star anise has some contraindications , especially in pregnant women, children and women with mastosis or breast cancer . It must therefore be used with care and under medical supervision. It can in particular, in case of prolonged intake, can trigger in some cases convulsions .
