Home Remedies for Constipation

 Many people who suffer from constipation invariably end by taking laxatives without realizing how they can cause damage. The best way to treat constipation is to eat foods or using remedies home that can induce bowel movements and also help in cleansing the colon and digestive tract.

There are many home remedies for constipation that a person can use to relieve discomfort and bloating are as follows:

• Castor oil is a natural laxative. Take a castor oil teaspoon early morning allows stool.

• Drink a glass of warm water sweetened with a teaspoon of honey twice a day helps to relieve constipation.

• Orange juice mixed with olive and consumed twice a day helps relieve constipation. Mix ½ cup each of orange juice and olive oil.

• Aloe vera is known for many healing properties. Such property is to treat constipation. Aloe Vera juice can relieve constipation. Have some juice in the morning and again in the evening to help loosen the bowels.

• If you are looking for a natural colon cleanser and laxative and mix a teaspoon of corn syrup in a glass of water.

• You can also use phylum husk relieve constipation. The pod can be mixed with warm milk or water to treat constipation.

• The cranberry juice and prune juice not only work to help clear the intestines, they also cleanse the colon. These juices should be consumed in the morning when breakfast.

• For some people, a cup of coffee in the morning helps relieve constipation. However, this is not recommended because of the adverse effects of caffeine on health.

• If a baby suffers from constipation, can be facilitated by grape juice mixture and a little butter. Give the mixture three times daily. This mild laxative causes no harm to the baby, so you can give it regardless.

• Soak two dates during the night and the next morning, make a paste. Then eat the pulp of three times a day to relieve constipation.

• Mix the carrot juice Cup quarter a cup of tomato juice and half a cup of sauerkraut juice and consume this mixture three times a day to help defecation.

Although these remedies relieve constipation, make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink enough water and exercise regularly. If you follow this plan, you will not suffer from constipation.
