Pickled Tomatoes in 30 minutes.

small tomato, 3 pieces
garlic (minced) 1 clove
chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill,corainder,mint), 1 tbsp.
salt, 1/3 tsp
sugar, 1/3 tsp
French mustard, 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper to taste
olive oil, 2 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tbsp.

1. Tomatoes cut into rings.
2. Mix all the marinade(garlic,salt,sugar,mustard,black pepperr,olive oil,and vinegar) and pour on each slice of tomato.
3. Fold three ringlet tomatoes, cover and put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Served sprinkled with herbs.
